Abstract[English]
A cooking appliance (1) with a flue (4) comprising; a cavity (2), confining an open volume in which any cooking process takes place, an upper wall (3), placed on top of the cavity (2), at least one flue (4) located on the upper wall (3) for filtering the smoke and air inside the cavity (2), at least one outer channel (6) and at least one inner channel (7), configured to be implemented into the flue (4) for filtering the exhaust air (H). As an improvement, at least one negative electrode (8), for placing adjacent to the inner channel (7), at least one positive electrode (9), for placing adjacent to the outer channel (6), and at least one power supply (10), for creating an electrical field in between the negative electrode (8) and the positive electrode (9).[French]
L'invention concerne un appareil de cuisson (1) avec un carneau (4) comprenant : une cavité (2), confinant un volume ouvert dans lequel n'importe quel procédé de cuisson a lieu, une paroi supérieure (3), placée au-dessus de la cavité (2), au moins un carneau (4) situé sur la paroi supérieure (3) pour filtrer la fumée et l'air à l'intérieur de la cavité (2), au moins un canal externe (6) et au moins un canal interne (7), conçu pour être mis en œuvre dans le carneau (4) pour filtrer l'air d'échappement (H).
