Abstract[English]
An implantable medical device (2) for providing a diagnostic and/or therapeutic cardiac function within a patient (P) comprises a sensing arrangement for sensing electrocardiogram signals, a communication circuitry (24) for data communication with a device (3) external to the patient (P) and a processing circuitry (22) for processing sensed electrocardiogram signals (S2). The processing circuitry (22) is configured to identify, based on the sensed electrocardiogram signals (S2), a stimulation event (Vp) caused by an implantable pacemaker device (1) and to cause a transmission of information concerning said identification of a stimulation event (Vp) to the device (3) external to the patient (P).[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif médical implantable (2) pour fournir une fonction cardiaque de diagnostic et/ou thérapeutique à l'intérieur d'un patient (P) comprenant un agencement de détection pour détecter des signaux d'électrocardiogramme, un circuit de communication (24) pour une communication de données avec un dispositif (3) externe au patient (P) et un circuit de traitement (22) pour traiter des signaux d'électrocardiogramme détectés (S2).
