Abstract[English]
A laser (10)comprising a photonic component (14) comprising a gain medium; and a waveguide platform (12) comprising a Distributed Bragg Reflector, DBR, section (18). The photonic component is optically coupled to the waveguide platform. One or more thermal heaters (28) are positioned at the DBR section (18) of the waveguide platform, and/or at a phase section (16) of the waveguide platform located between the gain medium and the DBR section.[French]
