A support device (12) for supporting a suspension assembly (10) mounted on a chassis of a vehicle, wherein the support device (12) comprises a pivotable lever (24) connected to an actuator device (32) for pivoting the lever (24), wherein the lever (24) comprises a support portion for supporting a spring device (14) of the suspension assembly (10) and wherein the lever (24) is arranged relative to the chassis such that pivoting of the lever (24) lifts or lowers the chassis relative to the spring device (14).A suspension assembly (10) comprises a spring device (14), wherein the spring device (14) is supported on at least one support device (12) as described above.[French]
