Abstract[English]
A drill bit cutter and a drill bit are disclosed. The drill bit cutter defines a rotation axis and comprises two cutter parts located at two sides of the rotation axis in a transverse direction, each cutter part having a front cutter face, a rear cutter face, and a blade formed between the front cutter face and the rear cutter face; the front cutter face of each cutter part is ground to form a ground shaped face, the ground shaped faces of the two front cutter faces are different, and at least a local height difference is thereby produced in the two blades. Drilling precision can be increased while extending cutter life.[French]
L'invention concerne un dispositif de coupe de trépan et un trépan. Le dispositif de coupe de trépan définit un axe de rotation et comprend deux parties de dispositif de coupe situées sur deux côtés de l'axe de rotation dans une direction transversale, chaque partie de dispositif de coupe ayant une face de dispositif de coupe avant, une face de dispositif de coupe arrière et une lame formée entre la face de dispositif de coupe avant et la face de dispositif de coupe arrière ; la face de dispositif de coupe avant de chaque partie de dispositif de coupe est meulée pour former une face de forme meulée, les faces de forme meulée des deux faces de dispositif de coupe avant sont différentes, et au moins une différence de hauteur locale est ainsi produite dans les deux lames.
