Abstract[English]
A method of preparing a functional hydrogel material (9) for injection into a human or animal body is indicated, the method comprising the step of polymerizing a prepolymer solution (1), in order to form the functional hydrogel material (9). Red blood cells (5) of which the cell membranes have been made porous are integrated into the prepolymer solution (1) before and/or during the polymerization. Furthermore, a functional hydrogel material is indicated comprising a hydrogel network formed by a polymer (10). L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau d'hydrogel fonctionnel (9) pour injection dans un corps humain ou animal, le procédé comprenant l'étape de polymérisation d'une solution de prépolymère (1), afin de former le matériau d'hydrogel fonctionnel (9). Les globules rouges (5) dont les membranes cellulaires ont été rendues poreuses sont intégrés dans la solution prépolymère (1) avant et/ou pendant la polymérisation.
