Abstract[English]
The present invention provides a cutting and handling tool, a system and a method for eviscerating the rectum of an animal carcass. More specifically, the invention provides an automatic cutting and handling tool, and a related system and method for the combined cutting and subsequent sealing of the rectum of a pig carcass, which cutting tool is capable of wrapping/folding the rectal opening within itself in order to conceal the rectal opening and avoid fecal contamination of the carcass.[French]
La présente invention concerne un outil de coupe et de manipulation, un système et un procédé d'éviscération du rectum d'une carcasse d'animal. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un outil de coupe et de manipulation automatique, et un système et un procédé associés pour la coupe et la fermeture étanche ultérieure combinées du rectum d'une carcasse de porc, ledit outil de coupe pouvant envelopper/plier l'ouverture rectale sur elle-même afin de dissimuler l'ouverture rectale et d'éviter la contamination fécale de la carcasse.
