Abstract[English] Depth filtration media for the harvest clarification of a feed stream from cell cultures containing a therapeutic biomolecule. The depth filtration media is comprised of a sintered mixture of a polymeric adsorbent and a thermoplastic binder and possess ultra-low extractables and do not require pre-flushing prior to use. Further, the materials of construction used for the sintered depth filter media demonstrate a high stability to gamma radiation and are compatible with gamma-based pre-use sterilization processes.[French] L'invention concerne des milieux de filtration en profondeur pour la clarification par récolte d'un flux d'alimentation à partir de cultures cellulaires contenant une biomolécule thérapeutique. Le milieu de filtration en profondeur est constitué d'un mélange fritté d'un adsorbant polymère et d'un liant thermoplastique et possède des matières extractables ultra-basses et ne nécessite pas de pré-rinçage avant l'utilisation. En outre, les matériaux de construction utilisés pour les milieux filtrants en profondeur frittés présentent une stabilité élevée vis-à-vis des rayons gamma et sont compatibles avec des procédés de stérilisation avant l'utilisation avec des rayons gamma.
