Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the chemiluminescent signal of a chemiluminogenic compound in a chemiluminescent reaction mixture in a chemiluminescent reaction which comprises oxidizing the chemiluminogenic compound in the presence of an effective amount of an enhancer to obtain an enhanced chemiluminescent signal, use of a compound selected from the group consisting of quarternary amine cationic substances of formula (I) for enhancing the chemiluminescent signal of an acridinium compound, preferably an acridinium ester or an acridinium sulfonamide, in a chemiluminescent reaction, preferably in a chemiluminescent immunoassay, a related chemiluminescent composition and a related kit.[French]
La présente invention concerne un procédé pour amplifier le signal chimioluminescent d'un composé chimioluminogène dans un mélange réactionnel chimioluminescent dans une réaction chimioluminescente qui comprend l'oxydation du composé chimioluminogène en présence d'une quantité efficace d'un amplificateur pour obtenir un signal chimioluminescent amplifié, l'utilisation d'un composé choisi dans le groupe constitué par les substances cationiques d'amine quaternaire de formule (I) pour amplifier le signal chimioluminescent d'un composé d'acridinium, de préférence un ester d'acridinium ou un sulfamide d'acridinium, dans une réaction chimioluminescente, de préférence dans un dosage immunologique chimioluminescent, une composition chimioluminescente associée et un kit associé.
