Abstract[English]
The present invention proposes a process for obtaining composite materials, comprising the steps of producing an activated carbon component using a physical activation technique from a cellulose-based material containing lignin in an amount of 40-55% by weight (i); preparing a mixture by adding the activated carbon component to polystyrene or acrylonitrile butadiene styrene, wherein the amount of the activated carbon component in the mixture is 0.1-30% by weight (ii); and extruding and molding the mixture (iii). The present invention also proposes a composite material for use in ethylene adsorption, obtained by said process.[French]
La présente invention concerne un processus d'obtention de matériaux composites, comprenant les étapes consistant à produire un composant de charbon actif à l'aide d'une technique d'activation physique à partir d'un matériau à base de cellulose contenant de la lignine en une quantité de 40-55 % en poids (i) ; à préparer un mélange en ajoutant le constituant de charbon actif à du polystyrène ou de l'acrylonitrile butadiène styrène, la quantité du constituant de charbon actif dans le mélange étant de 0,1 à 30 % en poids (ii) ; et à extrusion et le mouler le mélange (iii). La présente invention concerne également un matériau composite destiné à être utilisé dans l'adsorption d'éthylène, obtenu par ledit processus.
