Abstract[English]
The current disclosure describes a method for estimating one or more process forces associated with a tool center point of a machine tool. The method comprises determining a first set of axis torques along the one or more axes of the machine tool based on a model associated with the machine tool or a first machining run without performing a machining operation, measuring a second set of axis torques along the one or more axes of the machine tool during machining, and determining the one or more process forces associated with the tool center point of the machine tool based on the first set and second set of axis torques. Accordingly, the current disclosure describes a method for estimating the process forces acting on the tool center point of the machine tool without using a forcing measuring cell or sensor at the tool center point.[French]
La présente divulgation décrit un procédé d'estimation d'une ou de plusieurs forces de traitement associées à un point central d'outil d'une machine-outil. Le procédé consiste à déterminer un premier ensemble de couples d'axe le long du ou des axes de la machine-outil sur la base d'un modèle associé à la machine-outil ou à une première course d'usinage sans effectuer d'opération d'usinage, à mesurer un second ensemble de couples d'axe le long du ou des axes de la machine-outil pendant l'usinage, et à déterminer la ou les forces de traitement associées au point central d'outil de la machine-outil sur la base du premier ensemble et du second ensemble de couples d'axe.
