Abstract[English] A system and method for automating tasks in surgery to correct spinal deformity of a patient are disclosed. The system will obtain preoperative data characterizing a defined patient and individual vertebral position and orientation from the patient's images to generate operative instructions for an automated machine to operate a correction apparatus that corrects vertebral deviations and realigne spinal deformity of the defined patient. The system, using a machine learning model, will receive intraoperative and postoperative feedback data from a plurality of patients to optimize the creation of optimized future preoperative correction plan.[French] L'invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant d'automatiser des tâches en chirurgie de correction de la déformation rachidienne d'un patient. Le système obtient des données préopératoires caractérisant un patient défini, ainsi qu'une position et une orientation vertébrales individuelles, à partir des images du patient, pour générer des instructions d'opération, permettant à une machine automatisée de manier un appareil de correction qui corrige les déviations vertébrales et la déformation rachidienne du patient défini. Le système, à l'aide d'un modèle d'apprentissage machine, reçoit des données de rétroaction peropératoires et postopératoires provenant d'une pluralité de patients pour optimiser la création d'un futur plan préopératoire de correction optimisé.
