Abstract[English]
Ankle fractures are very common and causes a lot of disability specially in diabetic and elderly patints. So we innovate a new method for fixation of such fractures : 1- fast and easy. 2-smmall wounds (per cutaneous ). 3-decreased complications as much as we can. 4-very stable fixation. 5-protection of bones, soft tissues and circulation with high safety margin. So we innovted [interlocking medullary ankle screws system] for fixation of such fractures.... which is new easy fast with minimal or no complications.[French]
Les fractures de la cheville sont très communes et provoquent un grand nombre de handicaps, en particulier chez les patients diabétiques et âgées. L'invention concerne un nouveau procédé de fixation de telles fractures : 1. rapide et facile. 2. petites plaies (par voie cutanée). 3. complications réduites au maximum. 4. fixation très stable. 5. protection des os, des tissus mous et de la circulation avec une marge de sécurité élevée. Ainsi, l'invention a trait à un système de vis de verrouillage pour cheville médullaire destiné à la fixation de telles fractures. L'invention est facile à utiliser et entraîne peu de complications ou pas de complications.
