Abstract[English]
The invention relates to an implant insertion surgery instrument which is a combination of three instruments in one expander, calibrator and developer. To insert the inflatable dildo (iPP) cylinders, a needle-free mechanism is used to insert the iPP cylinders, protecting the iPP cylinders while closing the incision in the corpus cavemosum (CC).[French]
L'implantation de prothèse pénienne gonflable (IPP) est une chirurgie pour des cas de dysfonctionnement érectile, deux cylindres gonflables étant insérés dans le pénis dans deux cylindres naturels nommés corps caverneux (CC). Les CC doivent être dilatés avec un instrument, la longueur devant être mesurée avec un autre instrument. Ensuite, le cylindre IPP est introduit à l'aide d'un troisième instrument au moyen d'un mécanisme à aiguille-piston. L'aiguille pose certains risques. Enfin, l'incision doit être suturée, un procédé qui peut entraîner la perforation des cylindres IPP avec l'aiguille de suture. Ce document décrit un instrument d'insertion d'implant pénien de Shaeer (SPIII) qui est une combinaison des trois instruments en un, à l'aide d'un mécanisme sans aiguille pour l'insertion des cylindres IPP, et protège les cylindres IPP lors du suturage de l'incision dans les CC fermées.
