This invention is design of intramedullary nails rely on the use of tensioned cables and/or wires, or plates incorporated to its body. to reduce and fix bone fractures or osteotomies. - Designs of cables, wires, and plates and nails are used to reduce bone fractures or osteotomies. - Designs of cables, wires, and plates are used to augment fixation of bone fractures or osteotomies. -Fixation of certain comminuted fractures can be complemented using tensioned cables and/or wires that to be fixed to bone using a special headless screws and nuts. - Tensioned cables or wires can be also used instead of locked screws to fix interlocking nail to bone. - Certain tools can be used to do guided minimally invasive osteotomies. - Intramedullary nails and cables incorporated for bone lengthening and deformities correction. -Specially designed tools used for application of these metal implants.
