The invention relates to a machine and a method for cutting bread and various types of bakery products into small pieces, characterised by a set of knives placed facing each other, horizontally and vertically, in a parallel, inclined or circular manner, among others, intended for cases in which humans find it difficult to eat very large pieces of bread, and they need to eat bread as part of their everyday diet, such as very young children, jaw patients, dental patients and those who have difficulty swallowing, making it easier to eat, swallow and comfortably digest bread, as well as for other cases and uses.[French]
L'invention concerne une machine et un procédé pour couper du pain et divers types de produits de boulangerie en petits morceaux, caractérisés par un ensemble de couteaux placés à l'envers, horizontalement et verticalement, que ce soit de manière parallèle, inclinée, circulaire et autres, s'adresse aux cas humains pour lesquels il est difficile de manger du pain en assez grande taille, et elle a besoin de manger du pain dans son alimentation quotidienne, comme les enfants dans leurs premières années, les patients de la mâchoire, les patients dentaires et ceux qui ont des difficultés à avaler, ce qui il sera plus facile de manger du pain, de l'avaler et de le digérer confortablement, ainsi que d'autres cas et utilisations.
