Abstract[English]
An ostomy appliance including an adhesive layer with a proximal side configured for attachment to the skin surface of a user is disclosed. The ostomy appliance includes a first and a second electrode forming a sensor and arranged on a distal side of the adhesive layer; and a membrane arranged between the adhesive layer and the plurality of electrodes is disclosed. The membrane has a first surface facing the plurality of electrodes and a second opposite surface facing the adhesive layer, wherein the membrane comprises at least one perforation being a channel having an inner surface. The channel has a surface with a surface structure such that the contact angle between a first liquid having a first characteristic and the surface is less than 90° and such that the contact angle between a second liquid having a second characteristic and the surface of the channel is greater than 90°.[French]
L'invention concerne un appareillage stomique comprenant une couche adhésive dont la face proximale est conçue pour être fixée à la surface de la peau d'un utilisateur. L'appareillage stomique comprend une première et une seconde électrode formant un capteur et disposées sur la face distale de la couche adhésive; et une membrane disposée entre la couche adhésive et la pluralité d'électrodes. La membrane présente une première surface faisant face à la pluralité d'électrodes et une seconde surface opposée faisant face à la couche adhésive, la membrane comprenant au moins une perforation qui forme un canal doté d'une surface interne. La surface du canal présente une structure telle que l'angle de contact entre un premier liquide ayant une première caractéristique et la surface est inférieur à 90° et que l'angle de contact entre un second liquide ayant une seconde caractéristique et la surface du canal est supérieur à 90°.
