Abstract[English] Improvements relating to the manufacture of wind turbine blades A method of making a wind turbine blade component is described. The method comprises: providing a rigid mould (20) shaped to form the wind turbine blade component; arranging fibrous reinforcing material (36) in the mould; covering the fibrous reinforcing material with a vacuum bag (14); sealing the vacuum bag against a surface (12) of the mould or against another surface to create a closed space (18) between the mould and the vacuum bag in which the fibrous reinforcing material is encapsulated; removing air from the closed space to create a negative pressure within the closed space; supplying resin to the fibrous reinforcing material; and curing the resin. The method further comprises providing a sealed bag (10) in the closed space. The sealed bag is at least partially filled with a gas. The pressure inside the sealed bag is greater than the pressure within the closed space outside the sealed bag. The sealed bag shapes and/or supports a portion of the fibrous reinforcing material during the moulding process.[French] L'invention concerne des améliorations se rapportant à la fabrication de pales d'éolienne, et un procédé de fabrication d'un composant de pale d'éolienne. Le procédé consiste à : fournir un moule rigide (20) façonné de manière à former le composant de pale d'éolienne ; agencer un matériau fibreux de renfort (36) dans le moule ; recouvrir le matériau fibreux de renfort d'un sac sous vide (14) ; sceller le sac sous vide contre une surface (12) du moule ou contre une autre surface pour créer un espace clos (18) entre le moule et le sac sous vide dans lequel le matériau fibreux de renfort est encapsulé ; retirer l'air de l'espace fermé pour créer une pression négative à l'intérieur de l'espace fermé ; fournir de la résine au matériau fibreux de renfort ; et durcir la résine. Le procédé comprend en outre la fourniture d'un sac étanche (10) dans l'espace clos. Le sac étanche est au moins partiellement rempli d'un gaz. La pression à l'intérieur du sac étanche est supérieure à la pression à l'intérieur de l'espace clos à l'extérieur du sac étanche. Le sac scellé façonne et/ou supporte une partie du matériau fibreux de renfort pendant le processus de moulage.
