Abstract[English]
A method of manufacturing a root ring for a wind turbine blade comprising winding metal sheet material onto a mandrel to form a metal section proximate a hub end of the root ring. Sheet fibre material is also wound onto the mandrel to form a fibre section of the root ring proximate a tipwards end of the root ring. The metal sheet material is interleaved with the sheet fibre material to form a transition section of the root ring between the metal section and the fibre section.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une bague de base pour une pale d'éolienne comprenant l'enroulement d'un matériau en feuille métallique sur un mandrin pour former une section métallique à proximité d'une extrémité de moyeu de la bague de base. Un matériau en feuille à base de fibres est également enroulé sur le mandrin pour former une section fibreuse de la bague de base à proximité d'une extrémité vers le haut de la bague de base. Le matériau en feuille métallique est entrelacé avec le matériau en feuille à base de fibres pour former une section de transition de la bague de base entre la section métallique et la section de fibre.
