Abstract[English]
A method of manufacturing an electrode assembly is disclosed, which includes providing a release substrate, forming an electrode assembly on the release substrate; wherein forming an electrode assembly comprises providing a printable first polymer solution; printing the first polymer solution on the first surface of the release substrate according to a first layout; curing the first polymer solution to form a first polymer film with a proximal side comprising a proximal surface and a distal side comprising a distal surface, the proximal surface facing the first surface of the release substrate; providing a conductive ink; printing the conductive ink on the distal surface of the first polymer according to a second layout defining at least one electrode formed from the conductive ink; and curing the conductive ink.[French]
Un procédé de fabrication d'un ensemble d'électrodes est divulgué, qui comprend la fourniture d'un substrat de libération, la formation d'un ensemble d'électrodes sur le substrat de libération ; la formation d'un ensemble électrode comprenant la fourniture d'une première solution polymère imprimable ; l'impression de la première solution polymère sur la première surface du substrat de libération selon une première disposition ; le durcissement de la première solution polymère pour former un premier film polymère avec un côté proximal comprenant une surface proximale et un côté distal comprenant une surface distale, la surface proximale faisant face à la première surface du substrat de libération ; la fourniture d'une encre conductrice ; l'impression de l'encre conductrice sur la surface distale du premier polymère selon une seconde disposition définissant au moins une électrode formée à partir de l'encre conductrice ; et le durcissement de l'encre conductrice.
