Abstract[English]
A base installation (24) for a wind turbine (2) is provided. The base installation (24) comprises a foundation (12) for supporting the wind turbine (2) and a heat storage mass (26) arranged with the foundation (12). The heat storage mass (26) is at least partially encased in a thermally insulating material (28, 40) and comprises a flow path through which heat transfer medium may flow to exchange thermal energy with the heat storage mass (26).[French]
