Abstract[English]
The invention provides a fluorosurfactant composition for use in stabilising emulsions, in particular emulsions comprising single or double-emulsion droplets; as well as improved methods for manufacture of the fluorosurfactant; wherein the surfactant comprises a perfluorocarbon chain amide covalently linked to a polymer of ethylene 5 oxide and propylene oxide. The invention also provides methods for single-cell resolution cell killing- and cell secretion-assays based on droplets stabilised by the fluorosurfactant composition.[French]
L'invention concerne une composition de tensioactif fluoré destinée à être utilisée dans la stabilisation d'émulsions, en particulier des émulsions comprenant des gouttelettes d'émulsion simple ou double ; ainsi que des procédés améliorés de fabrication du tensioactif fluoré ; le tensioactif comprenant un amide à chaîne de perfluorocarbone lié de manière covalente à un polymère d'oxyde d'éthylène 5 et d'oxyde de propylène. L'invention concerne également des procédés pour des essais de sécrétion de cellules et la destruction de cellules de résolution à une seule cellule basés sur des gouttelettes stabilisées par la composition de tensioactif fluoré.
