In einem ersten Aspekt wird ein Verfahren zum Betrieb eines Notrufsystems in einem Kraftfahrzeug bereitgestellt, mit den Schritten Erfassen von Unfalldaten, einschließlich von Informationen aus dem Innenraum und/oder dem Umfeld des Kraftfahrzeugs, und Bereitstellen der Unfalldaten durch das Notrufsystem, wobei das Notrufsystem einen natürlichsprachlichen Dialog mit einer Notrufgegenstelle basierend auf den Unfalldaten führt, insbesondere als Antwort auf Fragen ausgehend von der Notrufgegenstelle.[English]
The invention relates, in a first aspect, to a method for operating an emergency call system in a motor vehicle, comprising the steps: acquiring accident data, including information from the passenger compartment and/or the surroundings of the motor vehicle; and providing the accident data by means of the emergency call system, wherein the emergency call system has a natural-language conversation with an emergency call remote station on the basis of the accident data, in particular as a response to questions originating from the emergency call remote station.[French]
La présente invention concerne, selon un premier aspect, un procédé de fonctionnement d'un système d'appel d'urgence dans un véhicule automobile, comprenant les étapes consistant à : acquérir des données d'accident, comprenant des informations provenant de l'habitacle et/ou de l'environnement du véhicule automobile ; et fournir les données d'accident au moyen du système d'appel d'urgence, le système d'appel d'urgence ayant une conversation en langage naturel avec une station distante d'appel d'urgence sur la base des données d'accident, en particulier en réponse à des questions provenant de la station distante d'appel d'urgence.
