Die Erfindung betrifft eine Fixiermaske (1) für Statorpins (2) eines Stators (3) einer elektrischen Antriebsmaschine (4), wobei eine Scheibe (5) mit zumindest einer Öffnung (6) zum Aufnehmen und Fixieren von Statorpins (2) vorgesehen ist. Die Fixiermaske (1) ist vor allem dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Scheibe (5) zwei Schiebeteile (7,8) umfasst, welche relativ zueinander aus einer Montagelage in eine Fixierlage verschiebbar sind, während die Statorpins (2) in der zumindest einen Öffnung (6) aufgenommen sind, wobei die Statorpins (2) in der Montagelage spielbehaftet in die zumindest eine Öffnung (6) einführbar sind, wobei in der Fixierlage die Statorpins (2) mit zumindest einer Wandung (9,10,11,12) in kraftübertragenden Kontakt gebracht und damit zumindest uni-axial fixiert sind. Mit der hier vorgeschlagenen Fixiermaske sind die Statorpins im Betrieb gut fixiert und zugleich eine Montage wenig aufwendig.[English]
The invention relates to a fixing mask (1) for stator pins (2) of a stator (3) of an electric drive machine (4), wherein a disc (5) is provided with at least one opening (6) for receiving and fixing stator pins (2). The fixing mask (1) is primarily characterized in that the disc (5) comprises two sliding parts (7, 8), which can be moved relative to each other from an assembly position into a fixing position while the stator pins (2) are received in the at least one opening (6), the stator pins (2) being insertable into the at least one opening (6) with play in the assembly position, and the stator pins (2) being brought into force-transmitting contact with at least one wall (9, 10, 11, 12) in the fixing position and thus being at least uniaxially fixed. L'invention concerne un masque de fixation (1) pour des broches de stator (2) d'un stator (3) d'une machine d'entraînement électrique (4), un disque (5) étant pourvu d'au moins une ouverture (6) pour recevoir et fixer des broches de stator (2). Le masque de fixation (1) est principalement caractérisé en ce que le disque (5) comprend deux parties coulissantes (7, 8), qui peuvent être déplacées l'une par rapport à l'autre d'une position d'assemblage à une position de fixation tandis que les broches de stator (2) sont reçues dans l'au moins une ouverture (6), les broches de stator (2) pouvant être insérées dans l'au moins une ouverture (6) avec un jeu dans la position d'assemblage, et les broches de stator (2) étant mises en contact de transmission de force avec au moins une paroi (9, 10, 11, 12) dans la position de fixation et étant ainsi au moins uniaxialement fixées.
