Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Simulieren einer Fertigung eines Bauteils, insbesondere aufweisend wenigstens eine Schaufel (8.1) und/oder einen Schaufelträger (8) einer Gasturbine, mittels elektrochemischen Abtragens, wobei das Verfahren den Schritt: Bereitstellen von Eingabeparametem (S10; S10'); und die, insbesondere wiederholte, Schrittfolge aufweist: Berechnen (S20; S20') eines elektrochemischen Abtrags auf Basis der bereitgestellten Eingabeparameter; und Berechnen (S30; S30') einer Bauteilgeometrie auf Basis dieses elektrochemischen Abtrags. Die Erfindung betrifft außerdem ein Verfahren zum Fertigen eines Bauteils mittels elektrochemischen Abtragens, ein Verfahren zum Fertigen einer Kathode für dieses Fertigen eines Bauteils, ein Verfahren zum Auslegen der Fertigung des Bauteils sowie ein System bzw. La présente invention concerne un procédé de simulation de la fabrication d'un élément, en particulier ayant au moins une pale (8.1) et/ou un support de pale (8) d'une turbine à gaz, au moyen d'un enlèvement électrochimique, le procédé comprenant l'étape consistant à : fournir des paramètres d'entrée (S10 ; S10') ; et la séquence d'étapes, en particulier répétée, consistant à : calculer (S20 ; S20') un enlèvement électrochimique sur la base des paramètres d'entrée fournis ; et calculer (S30 ; S30') une géométrie d'élément sur la base dudit enlèvement électrochimique.
