Die Erfindung betrifft eine Führungseinrichtung (1), insbesondere für einen Kraftwageninnenraum, zum translatorischen Führen eines ersten, zweiten und dritten Elements (6,7,8), welche angeordnet an der Führungseinrichtung (1) in einer Ausgangsstellung in zumindest teilweiser translatorischer Überdeckung zueinander anordenbar sind, um einen translatorisch ausgedehnten ersten Bereich (9) mittels der Elemente (6,7,8) zu überdecken, mit wenigstens einer Führungsschiene (2) mit drei Führungen (3,4,5) zum Führen jeweils eines der Elemente (6,7,8), wobei die Führungseinrichtung (1) eine Koppeleinrichtung aufweist, mittels welcher jeweilige translatorische Bewegungen der Elemente (6,7,8) beim Führen entlang der zugehörigen Führungen (3,4,5) über eine kinematische Zwangskopplung koppelbar sind, wodurch beim Bewegen wenigstens eines der Elemente (6,7,8) aus der Ausgangsstellung in wenigstens eine weitere Stellung, um einen zweiten Bereich (10) zu überdecken, das zweite Element (7) zwischen dem ersten und dem dritten Element (6,8) anordenbar ist. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung zwei Kraftwagen mit einer solchen Führungseinrichtung (1).[English]
