Die Erfindung betrifft eine elektrische leistungserzeugende Komponente und eine elektrische Radialflussmaschine, die die elektrische leistungserzeugende Komponente umfasst. Die elektrische leistungserzeugende Komponente einer elektrischen Radialflussmaschine umfasst einen Komponentenkörper (10) und darin angeordnet eine Kühlkanalstruktur mit achsparallel angeordneten Umfangs-Kühlkanälen (20), die auf einem Umfang (17) im Komponentenkörper (10) angeordnet sind, und wenigstens einem abweichenden Kühlkanal (30), der wenigstens abschnittsweise vom Umfang (17) im Komponentenkörper (10) abweichend verläuft, wobei der Komponentenkörper (10) an seiner radialen Außenseite (12) in den Winkelbereichen(23) der Anordnung der Umfangs-Kühlkanäle (20) zumindest abschnittsweise mit einer Zylindermantelfläche (24) ausgestaltet ist, und in dem Winkelbereich (33) der Anordnung des abweichenden Kühlkanals (30) mit einer von der Zylindermantelfläche (24) abweichenden Form (34) ausgestaltet ist. Mit der hier vorgeschlagenen leistungserzeugenden Komponente sowie der die leistungserzeugende Komponente umfassenden elektrischen Radialflussmaschine werden elektrische Einrichtungen zur Verfügung gestellt, die kostengünstig mit einem verringerten Materialeinsatz sowie Bauraumbedarf herstellbar sind.[English]
The invention relates to an electric power generating component and an electric radial flux machine comprising the electric power generating component. The electric power generating component of an electric radial flux machine comprises a component body (10) and, arranged therein, a cooling channel structure with axially parallel circumferential cooling channels (20) which are arranged on a circumference (17) in the component body (10), and at least one deviating cooling channel (30), at least a portion of which deviates from the circumference (17) in the component body (10), wherein the component body (10) has, at least in some portions, a cylindrical lateral surface (24) on its radial outer side (12) in the angular ranges (23) of the arrangement of the circumferential cooling channels (20), and has a shape (34) deviating from the cylindrical lateral surface (24) in the angular range (33) of the arrangement of the deviating cooling channel (30). The power generating component according to the invention and the electric radial flux machine comprising the power generating component provide electric devices which can be produced cost-effectively with a reduced material use and installation space requirement.[French]
L'invention concerne un composant électrique générateur de puissance et une machine électrique à flux radial, laquelle comprend le composant électrique générateur de puissance. Le composant générateur de puissance selon l'invention ainsi que la machine électrique à flux radial comprenant ledit composant générateur de puissance permettent d'obtenir des dispositifs électriques qui peuvent être fabriqués à faible coût avec une utilisation réduite de matériaux et d’espace de montage.
