Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Erkennen eines Seitenwindereignisses bei einem Kraftfahrzeug, wobei mindestens ein Betriebsparameter gemessen wird, ein Mittelwert und eine Standardabweichung berechnet werden, ein Toleranzbereich berechnet wird und das Seitenwindereignis basierend darauf erkannt wird, dass der Betriebsparameter bei mindestens einem Messzeitpunkt außerhalb des Toleranzbereichs liegt. Die Erfindung betrifft des Weiteren eine zugehörige Steuerungsvorrichtung.[English]
The invention relates to a method for detecting a side wind event in a motor vehicle, wherein at least one operating parameter is measured, an average value and a standard deviation are calculated, a tolerance range is calculated, and the side wind event is detected on the basis of whether the operating parameter lies outside of the tolerance range at at least one measurement time.
