Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Kraftfahrzeug-Schloss und insbesondere Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloss sowie vorzugsweise ein Kraftfahrzeug-Seitentürschloss. Das Kraftfahrzeug-Schloss ist in seinem grundsätzlichen Aufbau mit einem Gesperre (1, 2) aus im wesentlichen Drehfalle (1) und zumindest einer Sperrklinke (2) als Gesperrebauteile (1, 2) ausgebildet. Außerdem ist wenigstens ein Sensor (3, 4) zur Positionsabfrage der Drehfalle (1) und/oder der Sperrklinke (2) realisiert. Erfindungsgemäß sind wenigstens zwei unterschiedlich ausgebildete Sensoren (3, 4) vorgesehen, wobei ein diagnosefähiger Sensor (3) zur funktionssensiblen und ein nicht diagnosefähiger Sensor (4) zur funktionsunabhängigen Abtastung jeweils eingerichtet sind.[English]
