Ein Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines porösen Äbleiters (12) für eine Elektrode einer Lithiumionenbatterie (26) umfasst folgende Schritte: a) Es wird ein poröser Äbleiter-Vorläufer bereitgestellt, wobei der Äbleiter-Vorläufer Polytetrafluorethylen umfasst, und b) das im porösen Äbleiter-Vorläufer vorhandene Polytetrafluorethylen wird wenigstens teilweise mit metallischem Lithium zu amorphen Kohlenstoff umgesetzt unter Bildung des porösen Äbleiters (12). The invention relates to a method for generating a porous arrester (12) for an electrode of a lithium ion battery (26), said method comprising the following steps: a) a porous arrester precursor is provided, wherein the arrester precursor comprises polytetrafluoroethylene, and b) the polytetrafluoroethylene present in the porous arrester precursor is at least partially converted with metallic lithium into amorphous carbon, thus forming the porous arrester (12). L’invention concerne un procédé permettant de réaliser un parafoudre poreux (12) pour une électrode d'une batterie lithium-ion (26), ledit procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : a) un précurseur de parafoudre poreux est fourni, le précurseur de parafoudre comprenant du polytétrafluoroéthylène, et b) le polytétrafluoréthylène présent dans le précurseur de parafoudre poreux est mis à réagir au moins en partie avec du lithium métallique de manière à former du carbone amorphe afin de réaliser le parafoudre poreux (12).
