Bereitgestellt wird ein Verfahren zur Ansteuerung einer in einem Fahrzeugsitz angeordneten Applikatoreinrichtung zum Erzeugen eines Magnetfelds zur funktionellen Magnetstimulation mindestens einer Muskelgruppe eines auf dem Fahrzeugsitz befindlichen Insassen, wobei in einem ersten Schritt eine Erfassung mittels Innenraumsensorik des Fahrzeugs erfolgt, ob ein Insasse auf den Fahrzeugsitz sitzt, und wenn dies der Fall ist und eine Aktivierung der Magnetstimulation angefordert wird. In einem zweiten Schritt erfolgt eine Erfassung der zu stimulierenden Muskelgruppen, eine Erfassung der aktuellen Fahrsituation und eine Erfassung und Bestimmung der Art der Kleidung des Insassen, und daraus ermittelt wird, welche Muskelgruppen des Insassen mit welchen Parametern der Magnetstimulation stimuliert werden sollen. In einem dritten Schritt erfolgt eine entsprechende Ansteuerung der Applikatoreinrichtung, um die Muskelgruppen zu stimulieren.[English]
