Erfindungsgemäß ist dabei vorgesehen, dass das Sicherheitselement (20) mehrschichtig mit einer innenliegenden Folienlage (30) ausgebildet ist, die eine erste Seite und eine gegenüberliegende zweite Seite aufweist, wobei die Folienlage (30) zumindest auf der ersten Seite mit einer Kleberschicht (34) zur Verbindung mit dem Wertdokument (10) und auf der zweiten Seite mit der optischen Funktionsschicht (24, 26) versehen ist, und wobei der erste maschinenlesbare Merkmalsstoff (36) in der Folienlage (30) oder auf zweiten Seite der Folienlage (30) angeordnet ist.[English]
