Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, insbesondere ein computerimplementiertes Verfahren, zum Äbtrennen eines Äktivmaterials von einem Stromableiter, insbesondere einer Stromableiterfolie, wobei der Stromableiter wenigstens auf einer Seite mit einem Materialgemisch aus dem Äktivmaterial und einem Bindemittel beschichtet wurde, mit folgenden automatisierten Schritten: (i) Erhitzen des beschichteten Stromableiters mit einer Erweichungs-Temperatur des Bindemittels; (ii) mechanisches Belasten des erhitzten beschichteten Stromableiters, wodurch das Äktivmaterial wenigstens teilweise aufgebrochen wird, wodurch ein Äbtrennen des Äktivmaterials von dem Stromableiter ermöglicht wird.[English]
The invention relates to a method, in particular a computer-implemented method, for separating an active material from a current collector, in particular a current collector foil, wherein the current collector has been coated at least on one face with a material mixture of the active material and a binder. The method has the following automated steps: (i) heating the coated current collector to a softening temperature of the binder; and (ii) mechanically loading the heated coated current collector, whereby the active material is at least partly broken and a separation of the active material from the current collector is made possible.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé, en particulier un procédé mis en œuvre par ordinateur, pour séparer un matériau actif d'un collecteur de courant, en particulier d'une feuille de collecteur de courant, le collecteur de courant ayant été revêtu au moins sur une face d'un mélange de matériaux du matériau actif et d'un liant.
