Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Festlegung eines Satzes von Funktionsparametern eines Fahrzeugbremsensteuergeräts. Um die Anzahl an Testfahrten zu reduzieren werden für zumindest eine Teilmenge der Funktionsparameter verschiedene Werte ausgewählt und mittels einer Simulationsplattform für vorbestimmte Fahrmanöver und Umgebungseinstellungen fahrdynamische Messergebnisse simuliert, die mittels eines Objektivierungsalgorithmus mit zumindest einer Schlüsselkennzahl bewertet werden. Weiter wird ein Metamodel mittels der jeweiligen Werte mit zugehörigen Schlüsselkennzahlen angelernt, welches somit einen Zusammenhang zwischen der jeweiligen Teilmenge von Funktionsparametern und den Schlüsselkennzahlen angibt. Dieses Metamodell wird bei der eigentlichen Parameteroptimierung mittels eines Optimierungsalgorithmus zur Auffindung optimaler Parameterwerte genutzt.[English]
The invention relates to a method for establishing a set of functional parameters of a vehicle brake control device. In order to reduce the number of test drives, different values are selected for at least a subset of the functional parameters and, by means of a simulation platform, driving-dynamic measurement results for predetermined driving manoeuvres and environmental settings are simulated, which are evaluated by means of an objectification algorithm with at least one key characteristic number. Further, using the respective values with associated key characteristic numbers, a metamodel is trained, which therefore indicates a relationship between the respective subset of functional parameters and the key characteristic numbers. This metamodel is used in the parameter optimisation proper by means of an optimisation algorithm in order to find optimum parameter values.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé d'établissement d'un ensemble de paramètres fonctionnels d'un dispositif de commande de frein de véhicule. Afin de réduire le nombre de lecteurs de test, différentes valeurs sont sélectionnées pour au moins un sous-ensemble des paramètres fonctionnels et, au moyen d'une plateforme de simulation, des résultats de mesure dynamique de conduite pour des manœuvres de conduite prédéterminées et des réglages environnementaux sont simulés, qui sont évalués au moyen d'un algorithme d'objectification avec au moins un numéro caractéristique clé. En outre, en utilisant les valeurs respectives avec des numéros caractéristiques clés associés, un métamodèle est entraîné, lequel indique donc une relation entre le sous-ensemble respectif de paramètres fonctionnels et les numéros caractéristiques clés. Ce métamodèle est utilisé dans l'optimisation de paramètres proprement dite au moyen d'un algorithme d'optimisation afin de trouver des valeurs de paramètres optimales.
