Abstract[English]
The method of creating patterns with a 3D effect on the surface of semi-finished products and products made of dry bulk is based on the fact that dry bulk with a granulometry of 0.01mm to lOmm is poured into a circurnferential mould and its surface is levelled. The 3D element is imprinted on the surface and when removed, paint is sprayed on the surface with the 3D element irnprint at an angle of 89° to 1°; the subsequent further levelling of the surface creates a pattern with a visual 3D effect. Dry bulk in the mould and the surface after the creation of the irnprint by the 3D element is levelled by pressing, rolling, vibration or a combination thereof.[French]
Le procédé selon l'invention de création de motifs à effet 3D sur la surface de produits semi-finis et de produits secs en vrac est basé sur le fait que de la matière sèche en vrac ayant une granulométrie de 0,01 mm à 10 mm est versée dans un moule circulaire et sa surface est nivelée. L'élément 3D est imprimé sur la surface et, lorsqu'il est retiré, de la peinture est pulvérisée sur la surface avec l'empreinte d'élément 3D à un angle de 89° à 1°; le nouveau nivellement ultérieur de la surface crée un motif ayant un effet 3D visuel. La matière sèche en vrac dans le moule et à la surface après la création de l'empreinte par l'élément 3D est nivelée par pressage, laminage, vibration ou une combinaison de ces techniques.
