The present invention relates to the technical field of micro-displays. Disclosed are a micro-display and a preparation method therefor, and a display apparatus. The micro-display comprises a pixel layer, a transparent curved layer and a micro-lens array layer, wherein the transparent curved layer is arranged on a light-emergent side of the pixel layer; the side surface of the transparent curved layer facing away from the pixel layer is a curved surface; the curvature of the curved surface is configured to gradually increase from the center of the curved surface to an edge of the curved surface; the curved surface is located on the side of the transparent curved layer facing away from the pixel layer; and the micro-lens array layer is arranged on the curved surface.
