Disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are an optical projection system and an AR optical device. The optical projection system comprises an AR optical engine, wherein the AR optical engine comprises a light-transmitting flat panel, a polarization reflection element, a first phase retarder, a lens assembly and a light-splitting element that are arranged in sequence along a common optical axis; the lens assembly comprises at least one lens; and the polarization reflection element and the first phase retarder are stacked to form a superposed element, and the superposed element is arranged on the surface of the light-transmitting flat panel that is close to the lens assembly.[French]
