Provided are an anti-IL-5 antibody lyophilized formulation and a reconstituted formulation thereof. The anti-IL-5 antibody lyophilized formulation comprises an anti-IL-5 antibody, a histidine buffer, sucrose, and polysorbate 80. The anti-IL-5 antibody lyophilized formulation has excellent stability, has a lower osmotic pressure after reconstitution, reduces injection pain for patients, and is more suitable for clinical use.[French]
L'invention concerne une formulation lyophilisée d'anticorps anti-IL-5 et une formulation reconstituée de celle-ci. La formulation lyophilisée d'anticorps anti-IL-5 comprend un anticorps anti-IL-5, un tampon d'histidine, du saccharose et du polysorbate 80.
