Abstract[English]
The present invention relates to the fields of biotechnology and aquaculture, and in particular to a method for increasing the growth rate of fishes. The method comprises the following steps: fusing a coding region of a gh1 gene with a strong promoter of another endogenous highly-expressed gene in vivo, without introducing an exogenous gene, to generate a gh1 highly-expressed gene, wherein the strong promoter is a β-actin gene promoter. The present invention can create fast-growing fish species.[French]
La présente invention concerne les domaines de la biotechnologie et de l'aquaculture, et en particulier un procédé d'augmentation du taux de croissance des poissons. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes consistant à : fusionner une région codante d'un gène gh1 avec un promoteur fort d'un autre gène hautement exprimé endogène in vivo, sans introduire de gène exogène, pour générer un gène hautement exprimé gh1, le promoteur fort étant un promoteur du gène de β-actine.
