Provided are an anti-CD25 antibody and the use thereof. The provided anti-CD25 antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof can specifically bind to CD25, retains IL-2 signaling on Teff cells while eliminating Treg cells, and effectively increases the ratio of Teff/Treg cells, thereby significantly enhancing the efficacy of tumor immunotherapy.[French]
L'invention concerne un anticorps anti-CD25 et son utilisation. L'anticorps anti-CD25 fourni ou un fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci peut se lier de manière spécifique à CD25, conserve la signalisation d'IL-2 sur les cellules Teff tout en éliminant les cellules Treg, et augmente efficacement le rapport des cellules Teff/Treg, ce qui permet d'améliorer de manière significative l'efficacité de l'immunothérapie antitumorale.[Chinese]
