Abstract[English]
A method for storing data, a related apparatus, and a related device. The method mainly comprises: determining a first value to be stored; and on the basis of a hyperlinear relationship, controlling charges stored in a first programmable semiconductor device of a memory array so as to write the first value into the memory array, the charges stored in a subthreshold state in the programmable semiconductor device of the memory array having a hyperlinear relationship with a drain or source current of the programmable semiconductor device. The use of this type of floating-point storage manner facilitates the optimization of data storage.[French]
Procédé de stockage de données, appareil associé et dispositif associé. Le procédé consiste principalement à : déterminer une première valeur à stocker ; et sur la base d'une relation hyperlinéaire, commander des charges stockées dans un premier dispositif à semi-conducteur programmable d'un réseau de mémoire de façon à écrire la première valeur dans le réseau de mémoire, les charges stockées dans un état de sous-seuil dans le dispositif à semi-conducteur programmable du réseau de mémoire ayant une relation hyperlinéaire avec un courant de drain ou de source du dispositif à semi-conducteur programmable.
