Abstract[English]
A use of R-ketamine in the treatment of depression accompanied by acute suicidal ideation or behavior. Specifically, a use of R-ketamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a pharmaceutical composition containing same in the preparation of a medicament for treating depression accompanied by acute suicidal ideation or behavior. The depression may be treatment-resistant depression (TRD) or major depressive disorder (MDD). By means of intravenous injection of an effective dose of R-ketamine hydrochloride, it is found that the efficacy of administering R-ketamine hydrochloride is better than the efficacy of administering the same dose of S-ketamine hydrochloride, that is, a rapid antidepressant effect is achieved, the efficacy lag can be significantly shortened, the suicidal ideation or behavior of patients is significantly reduced, and the risk of suicide is quickly alleviated.[French]
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation de la R-kétamine dans le traitement de la dépression accompagnée d'idéations ou de comportements suicidaires aigus. Plus précisément, l'invention concerne une utilisation de la R-kétamine ou d'un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celle-ci, ou d'une composition pharmaceutique contenant celle-ci, dans la préparation d'un médicament destiné au traitement de la dépression accompagnée d'idéations ou de comportements suicidaires aigus. La dépression peut être une dépression résistante au traitement (TRD) ou un trouble dépressif majeur (MDD). Au moyen d'une injection intraveineuse d'une dose efficace de chlorhydrate de R-kétamine, il a été constaté que l'efficacité de l'administration de chlorhydrate de R-kétamine est supérieure à celle de l'administration de la même dose de chlorhydrate de S-kétamine, c'est-à-dire qu'un effet antidépresseur rapide est obtenu, le délai d'efficacité peut être considérablement raccourci, les idéations ou comportements suicidaires des patients sont considérablement réduits et le risque de suicide est rapidement atténué.[Chinese]
