Abstract[English]
Provided are a recombinant humanized collagen, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. On the basis of repeated amino acid regions present in a natural collagen sequence, a diversified design based on the repetition, combination and deletion of one or more fragments derived from the natural sequence is realized; and recombinant humanized collagens having amino acid sequences as set forth in SEQ ID NOs: 1-20 are obtained, and are successfully expressed in microorganisms. The recombinant humanized collagens have great activity in cell proliferation promoting, and have good application prospects in the fields of aesthetic medicine and biomedical materials.[French]
L'invention concerne un collagène humanisé recombinant, son procédé de préparation et son utilisation. À partir de régions d’acides aminés répétées présentes dans une séquence de collagène naturel, une conception diversifiée est réalisée sur la base d'une répétition, d'une combinaison et d'une délétion d'un ou de plusieurs fragments dérivés de la séquence naturelle ; ce qui permet d’obtenir des collagènes humanisés recombinants ayant des séquences d'acides aminés telles que définies dans SEQ ID NO : 1-20, et de les exprimer avec succès dans des micro-organismes. Les collagènes humanisés recombinants ont une grande activité dans la promotion de la prolifération cellulaire, et ont de bonnes perspectives d'application dans les domaines de la médecine esthétique et des matériaux biomédicaux.[Chinese]
