Abstract[English]
A use of a novel anti-CDCP-1 antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, a linker compound, a deuterated payload, and a linker-payload compound in an antibody-drug conjugate, specifically relating to an anti-CDCP-1 antibody having good cell binding activity and affinity, and a linker and a payload compound that exhibit potent cytotoxicity and significant inhibitory activity on tumor cells. The antibody-drug conjugate prepared by using the anti-CDCP-1 antibody, the linker, and the payload compound can produce good inhibitory activity on tumors in vitro and in vivo, and has good safety. The described advantages are of great value for the development of the antibody-drug conjugate in clinical treatment.[French]
L'invention concerne l'utilisation d'un nouvel anticorps anti-CDCP-1 ou d'un fragment de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci, d'un composé lieur, d'une charge utile deutérée et d'un composé lieur-charge utile, dans un conjugué anticorps-médicament, se rapportant spécifiquement à un anticorps anti-CDCP-1 présentant une bonne activité et une bonne affinité de liaison cellulaire, ainsi qu'un lieur et un composé de charge utile présentant une puissante cytotoxicité et une activité inhibitrice significative sur les cellules tumorales. Le conjugué anticorps-médicament préparé à l'aide de l'anticorps anti-CDCP-1, du lieur et du composé de charge utile, peut produire une bonne activité inhibitrice sur des tumeurs in vitro et in vivo, et présente une bonne sécurité.
