Provided is a method for increasing plant disease resistance. Specifically, provided is a method for increasing plant disease resistance by means of reducing or inhibiting the expression level and/or activity of the SWEET11a gene or a protein encoded thereby. The method can increase plant disease resistance, especially increase the resistance to gray leaf spot, leaf blight, bacterial wilt and stem rot, and has important application value in biological breeding.[French]
L'invention concerne un procédé pour augmenter la résistance aux maladies des plantes. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un procédé pour augmenter la résistance aux maladies des plantes au moyen de la réduction ou de l'inhibition du niveau d'expression et/ou de l'activité du gène SWEET11a ou d'une protéine codée par celui-ci. Le procédé peut augmenter la résistance aux maladies des plantes, en particulier augmenter la résistance à la tache grise, à la brûlure helminthosporienne, au flétrissement bactérien et à la pourriture de la tige, et présente une valeur d'application importante dans l'élevage biologique.[Chinese]
