Abstract[English] Disclosed in the present invention are a rolling brush assembly, a cleaning head and a surface cleaning apparatus. The rolling brush assembly comprises a cleaning cloth, a rolling brush support and a mounting frame, wherein the cleaning cloth is configured to come into contact with a surface to be cleaned and clean same; the rolling brush support is configured to support the cleaning cloth; the rolling brush support has two opposing ends in the axial direction thereof; and the mounting frame is configured to mount the rolling brush support. The rolling brush support comprises a roller and a support plate arranged in front of the roller in a traveling direction, wherein the roller is rotatably mounted on the mounting frame, with one end of the roller being mounted onto the mounting frame and the other end being suspended; and one end of the support plate is fixedly mounted onto the mounting frame, and the other end is suspended.
