Provided in the present invention are an oxamide compound having a structure as shown in formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, isotope derivative or solvate thereof, or a stereoisomer, geometric isomer or tautomer thereof, or a prodrug molecule or metabolite thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition thereof and the use thereof. The compound involved in the present invention can efficiently inhibit STAT6 phosphorylation, can be used for preparing drugs for preventing and treating inflammatory diseases, and can be used for preparing anti-tumor drugs.[French]
