Abstract[English] Disclosed in the present application are a method and apparatus used for supporting mobility in wireless communications. The method comprises: a first node receiving first signaling, which instructs the first node to perform a handover from a first cell to a second cell; as a response to the reception of the first signaling, performing the handover from the first cell to the second cell; and if any condition in a first condition set is met within a first time interval subsequent to the handover to the second cell, executing a first action, wherein the first condition set comprises the channel quality of the second cell outperforming the channel quality of the first cell by a first threshold value or below, the first action is to trigger anomaly reporting, or the first action is to store an anomaly result, and the channel quality of the first cell and the channel quality of the second cell are respectively obtained by means of at least the former one of a channel measurement and a channel prediction.
