Abstract[English] A vibration sound-producing device and an electronic apparatus. The vibration sound-producing device comprises a shell, a first magnetic circuit system, a second magnetic circuit system, a first vibration system and a second vibration system. The first magnetic circuit system comprises a central magnetic portion. The first vibration system and the second vibration system are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the first magnetic circuit system; and the second vibration system comprises a vibrator assembly, wherein the vibrator assembly comprises a driving coil, the driving coil comprising two connecting edges arranged opposite to each other. The second magnetic circuit system is arranged on the side of the driving coil that faces away from the central magnetic portion. The central magnetic portion comprises a first magnet and a second magnet which are adjacent to each other and have opposite magnetizing directions. The second magnetic circuit system comprises a third magnet and a fourth magnet which have opposite magnetizing directions. In a first direction, the first magnet and the third magnet have the same magnetizing direction and are located on two opposite sides of one of the connecting edges, and the second magnet and the fourth magnet have the same magnetizing direction and are located on two opposite sides of the other connecting edge.
