Abstract[English] A financing method using an equilibrium-convergent asset as a support, relating to the technical field of financial technology. The method is mainly characterized by comprising the following procedures: step 1, achieving a public project status outcome; 2, formulating a status outcome stability control measure, to perform public project status credit enhancement; 3, performing public project status stability determination and project evaluation, to enable a public project to become a stable project; step 4, performing stable project asset evaluation; step 5, setting up a stable project joint-stock company, or converting into a stable project joint-stock company; step 6, making preparations for stable asset securitization and listing; 7, performing application, review and issuance for asset securitization and listing; and step 8, performing stock listing and trading, executing a stable asset valuation system, and implementing stable asset value credit enhancement.
